Paid Time Off
PTO hours accrue immediately and are available for taking time off for any reason. Starting with 10 days elevating to 20 days/year over time.

Jury Duty & Witness Service Pay
It is each person’s civic duty as a citizen to report for jury duty or to appear in court whenever subpoenaed in a criminal matter. Healthcare Resolution Services, Inc. is committed to allowing employees time off in these circumstances, and ensuring the employee avoids any financial loss because of this service. Healthcare Resolution Services, Inc. offers up to 2 paid days per year.
Bereavement Leave
Healthcare Resolution Services, Inc. offers employees up to 2 days paid leave to employees who experience the loss of an immediate family member.
Vacation Time Off
Vacation hours accrue on a lump sum basis based on your service anniversary date. Vacation leave accruals are based on the wage determination sheet associated with your government contract location.
Paid Sick Leave
All SCA contracted employees will accrue paid sick leave per calendar year. Accruals are calculated on regular hours worked.
