Measure and Instrument Development and Support (MIDS)

The MIDS Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has a five-year base term and five option years and covers measures program support, maintenance of evaluation instrument data systems, quality measures implementation and data collection vehicles. Measure development and maintenance work under the IDIQ contract focuses on six quality priorities: safety; community health; caregiver- and individual-focused experience and outcomes; cost reduction and efficiency; care coordination; and clinical quality of care.

  • Alliant Small Business – The Alliant Small Business Government-wide Acquisition Contract (Alliant SB GWAC) is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity set-aside small business contract. The contract is designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal agencies while strengthening opportunities in federal contracting for small businesses.
  • GSA Vets GWAC – The Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO firms. VETS presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small business goals through purchase of information technology solutions from small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans.

Maryland State Agencies can access HCRS’ consulting services under this multiple award Master Contract. HCRS provides state agencies in health and human services with consulting services including:
